Anyone running a Lund tune on an automatic? How do you like it and can the car be driven in Sport or Track mode? Does the match rev down shift still function correctly?

I drive in Sport mode plenty. If you're not tuned yet, do it. It'll feel like she's waking up. Downshifts work fine in both modes.

In town I'll keep it in normal and downshift using the paddles when I feel like hearing the exhaust.

In super heavy traffic I'll put it in snow mode.

No ragrets.

That is good to hear. I got a tune from some other company and the match rev down shift does not work can only be driven in D.

How do you like the Borla S type catback?
Overall I'm pretty happy. It's not as raspy in person as I thought it would be while watching videos on Youtube. I sometimes wonder what it would sound like with ARH but the grass is always greener amirite? :D

The Lund tune on an auto is ridiculous in S mode. It still rev matches in S mode. If you got a Lund tune early on make sure you get a newer revision. They made some updates to the shifting.

This^^^^^^I hate driving mine in S Mode as it's always wanting to shift. I need a revision.

Am I crazy for always driving in Sport+ Mode (Lund tuned of course), and with a JMS Pedalmax at 100%?

The car is definitely an animal when driving it like that, but I wouldn't have it any other way.

But yea, the Lund tune is going to wake the auto up. Shifts are gonna be a lot more dramatic. :headbang:

my tuner just worked through the S mode issues, tuning these cars are not nearly as simple as(what we as consumers) would expect. it takes quite a bit for tuners to find what each parameter does, especially if they are not the most experienced with the 15+ auto. i had issues with the s mode still downshifting without rev matching, and the shifts were set extremely firm. 3-2 downshift put me into the steering wheel. from what i hear, lund has it all worked out quite well, and there will be other tuners quickly catching on and improving upon what tuners have achieved thus far.

I have an auto Ecoboost Lund tuned. Shifts are very critical even driving around town with our engine to keep it from detonating. I have to drive up and down 3000 feet of altitude to get to the race track, and hes got the shifting spot on to keep the engine not overly loaded. I leave mine in Drive all the time, even at the track it stays in Drive. Lund has the auto figured out very nicely on our cars.

^ Lund auto tune is amazeballs! I had another tune and it was night and day difference. Shifts are firm and no hang. Paddle shift is amazing and I find myself in S just because. You will not regret it!! Love my Lund auto tune
