You can but be prepared to have a crappy ride and wear out suspension parts real fast if you only get springs
I made the mistake of getting only Steeda springs for my V6 and After a while the car drove like a bouncy house and the rear suspension started making noises all over the place and then the front suspension joined the concert.
If you want to lower the car with only springs, the BMR performance is your best friends since the springs have similar specs as stock springs but the drop is not as significant as the other brands.
If you want to get the other brands I recommend getting shocks and struts too if you’re don’t want your car to drive like crap after a while

I just put that very same tire on 20x10.5 Velgens with sportline springs. It's flush fitment, but no rubbing whatsoever. Car also has been on those springs for 20k miles with nothing else being changed other than having an alignment and there were absolutely no adverse affects. Car is a 2018 pp1 gt. It previously had a 305/35 mickey thompson on it. It was taller and in extreme conditions would occasionally rub just a hair. With the 315/30 being slightly shorter, there is not rubbing.

I am getting ready to buy wheels and the same springs. Can I run fronts: 19x9.5 +38mm and Rear: 20x10.5 +38mm? And would you guys recommend doing the 19" and 20" wheels? If not which size has better fitment?

With those sizes, the rear will poke out more than the front, the front will actually be tucked in a bit. If you go with lowering springs the rear may rub on the fender lip depending on tire size. I have 20x10 et48 on the back and the tire is almost flush with the fender. Your size and offset would poke out over 1/2 inch more than mine. If you like the poked look, get a 24-28 offset in front to match the poke you'll have in back. If you like a tucked in look, get a 45-50 offset in back to match the look the 38 offset rim will have in front.

Can I run a spacer on the fronts to fix the tucking? I would prefer them to be flush or even poke out a little from the fender rather than being tucked. Rear tire: 305/30/20 and front: 275/35/19 or 275/35/20.

With that size and offset, you'll need at least a 10mm spacer in front to get it flush, possibly more. You can try a 5mm spacer at first to see how it looks to you, but if you want it to poke you'll need a thicker spacer than you can safely run with the stock wheel studs, you'd have to get longer studs to use even a 10mm spacer. I would strongly advise against the bolt on spacers for this situation. IMO, any spacer less than 1.25" thick just isn't going to to hold up to the stress and lug torque necessary on these cars. Even at 1" thick, you'd have to cut the stock studs shorter for the rims to sit flat against the spacer, and use shallow lug nuts to hold the spacer onto the hub, which means very few threads are being used to hold everything onto the car. That's just asking for a catastrophe to happen.
If you haven't bought the rims yet, I suggest searching for something that will fit the way you want it to without the need for spacers, that way you can rotate between your summer and winter wheels without the hassle of spacers or using stock rims with extended studs, which means open end lug nuts instead of the stock lugs.
