I recently picked up 16 with a manual trans celerates better from a stop than my Bullitt did because of the gearing even though the hp is lower

Just put a set of 456 or 488 gears in. I believe it will change your mind and cheaper than taking the depreciation hit.
It was my plan to put 4.09 in, but my warranty is by by then. We have a 5 year warranty on the hole car. Ive spoke to ford about This and Any mods to the car and the warranty is gone, so if i swap gears the warranty for the hole drivetrain are by by.

Doing the math, in first gear, 373 gears on the '17 down would require the Bullitt to have 421 gears. I would do bigger gears if you decide to go that way. I can't imagine any dealership in the U.S. denying drivetrain warranty on anything other than the axle perhaps here. Did you ask if they would warranty the drivetrain if the Ford dealer did the install?

Maybe shame then into it? You know, "hey, don't you guys trust your install"?

I don't think so. With a tune, yes. But with gears, just the differential and axles, like somebody else already said. And yes, much cheaper to do that than trade the car... if that's the only thing that bothers you, that is. Good luck.

Wait a few years for the Mach 1, to become that car sitting on the lot. The tremec will last forever.
I may have to get one of those, I really dig the style. EcoBoost for now, but If I upgrade, it'l be one of those mach 1's.

Obviously when I first started this thread, there were a lot of “new” Bullitts... time has now passed and of course the links in the initial post are now way outdated.

I’m not finding many 2020 new Bullitts...

I think I just possibly bought the last ultra low mile used 2020.
mine was a return with 167 miles. before that I passed on a 22 mile '20 because the guy wouldn't budge on $

It’s good to see if can wait you can get a better deal. The Ford dealers are used to all this ADM now and we all see what can happen.

The ADM delusion was obsolete back in late 2019. Bullits were marked 16-18% off MSRP.
