I have been using Steeda Linear Drage springs for about a year and wanted to see how their more popular Progressive springs would feed. I usually do my own work but it was a rainy weekend and instead had the rear springs swapped at a local shop. After about 80mph+ the rear felt loose and unsettled, and was not sure if it was the progressives or something else since they had to drop the rear to install them. So I took it in to another local shop for a wheel alignment just to be sure, and they found a completely loose bolt on the driver side rear.

Don’t know how dangerous that was but I am furious about it. It was too late in the day to call the first mechanic shop and complain about it, so I have to swallow my emotions until tomorrow. I took it home after and reviewed that all the bolts are secure and now torqued to spec, but am still steaming about the whole thing.

Here are some pics of how loose the bolt was.

Wonder if anyone else has had this type of experience and how you would handle it?
