posted a thread earlier this week asking for help and after doing more research and help from you all, im starting to understand.

now, my only question would just be do i need to get o2 wire extensions for my headers? will the stock ones reach? have a 2016 GT and the headers are from Texas Speed.

im seeing extensions from 12" to 24". if you have needed them on, what size works best for the fitment? thank you all in advance.

I can't speak to every brand. But typically yes. Unless the new O2 bung is in the same spot as the stock bung. I don't think the factory wires allow for much deviation.

Skip the extensions and go straight to using F-150 5.0 O2 sensors. Either NTK, Bosch or Motorcraft. RockAuto.

i heard they only work with 2018+ mustangs and mine is a 2016, not sure if you could verify that or not but would appreciate it. those handle e85 much better, right?

Go to Rock Auto, look up 2016 F-150. Double check the connection matches. The F-150 is FlexFuel.
