Hey guys,

I have a set of Kooks long tube headers for my 18 Mustang GT and needed O2 extensions. I ordered a pair but the date keeps getting pushed on those and was wondering if there might be any alternatives that anyone knows of. I listed the link of the ones I bought below that was recommended to me by the shop that will be doing the install. I saw someone post about using the F150 O2 sensors since they are longer; the NTK 27079, but someone said those didn't work either. Any insight will be greatly appreciated.

My kooks came with extensions. Are you sure they aren’t in the box?

Thanks,
f150 forward 02's for coyote is the ticket. Yes you can use extensions but they can/will fail.

Dont make the mistake i did and get the rears, you dont need extensions there. Just the forward, for the correct GEN coyote you have.

So I bought these headers from a buddy that didn’t run them for a long time and the lead time was super long for new ones so I just got them from him. He didn’t have them unfortunately.

So for the f150 o2s people said to get ntk or bosch. I read somewhere here that someone tried the ntk and they didn’t reach. I have the auto and I know some said the manuals don’t need as long of harnesses. I checked on rock auto like many said on this website but wasn’t sure which was the right one. I inserted the screenshots of what I find for 2018 f 150 5.0 o2 sensors. I’d definitely go this route but wasn’t too sure about which ones to get.

Damn thats all got pricey since last year...

The best way to figure out (considering theres no cost benefit with RA) I'd buy them local to you, and check the harness length for yourself. At least then itll be easy to take them back.

I bought ngk's for my car and they were much cheaper and more availability, a year ago.
