Here are some changes for the 2019 GT350. If you have better information post below and I will update this list with your corrections/additions. I have seen several posts asking what changed on the 2019 and they mostly cover the new engine block.
1. New 19-inch wheel design (base)
2. Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 (not same as R)

3. Chassis has been tuned (Base)
4. 10 percent stiffer front springs (Base)
5. Rear springs, the coils have been softened by 6 percent (Base)
6. Stiffer anti-roll bar (Base)
7. MagneRide dampers also have been re-calibrated (Base)
8. ABS re-calibration, provides stronger clamping force (Base/R)
9. 1.09 g of lateral grip ( up o.o7) just shy of the R’s 1.10 (Base)
10. Smooth-faced brake rotors (Base/R)
11. GT350R's smaller grille opening (Base)
12. Gurney flap ups the down force on the rear of the car to 238 pounds (from 135 2019 or 186 outgoing wing.) (handling package) (Base)
13. Adjustable strut mounts (handling package Base) (Standard on R)
14. Revised electrically assisted steering (Base/R)
15. 60 mph in 4.0 seconds, 0.2 seconds quicker, a tenth behind the lighter GT350R. quarter-mile 12.3 seconds at 119 mph. (Base)
16. Optional dashboard exposed carbon fiber (Base/R)
17. 12-speaker Bang & Olufsen stereo system (technology package) (Base/R)
18. Blind-spot monitoring (technology package) (Base/R)
19. Cross traffic alert (technology package) (Base/R)
20. Heated exterior mirrors (Base/R)
21. Puddle lamps (included with tech package)
22. No longer installing a red start button. I think the start button is now a stock GT button.
23. Changed seat trim and width.
24. Added rubber coating to the engine to trans plate. (stops vibration noise)
25. Newly designed door panels, a standard machined aluminum instrument panel appliqué, and a wrapped center console
26. No longer installing a clutch helper spring.
27. "920A Base R Model" not available for 2019.
28. LTE modem allows more features for FordPass.

- Romeo Niche Line engines are now only built by a single builder (Evidenced by 2019 Build Plates)
- Longer Gen 1 Coyote spec head bolts (Confirmed by article)
- Additional cylinder bore material surrounding the water jackets (Confirmed by article)
- Added cast in brace on intake side of cylinder bore (Confirmed by article)
- "Bay to Bay" Breathing ports reorientated to better equalize block gasses and minimize windage (Confirmed by article)
