Nothing yet. Its been a month and a half. I feel like I got hosed out of $500.
It's one guy, building intercoolers for every ecoboost platform, not just the mustangs. Took me 2 months on mine, just send him an email to get updates, he will respond. Nik is a fantastic person to deal with. And to do the amount of business he does by himself is quite a feat.

I'd agree, but he should hire some cheap labor to handle shipping and inventory. If his volumes are this high now I'd imagine he could afford to start adding employees and grow the business?

At any rate, I just spoke with Nick yesterday. He has a bunch of IC's waiting in a ware house to be shipped out. I just received the shipping notification (although he has not yet delivered the IC to FedEx). But it's a step in the right direction!

For the right money I'd happily move to florida to be his warehouse and inventory manager. Beats what I do now for a day job.

Sounds good, but I had no idea I was buying from a one-man show. Probably would have bought another IC from the beginning. Summers are short where I'm from. Pretty much missed the bulk of the good driving weather. You don't sell a product and not notify the buyer that it could take months to get. He'd have a pretty bad rating if he was selling on eBay.

Not gonna lie, if you had really researched Level's on here prior to purchase you would have seen plenty stating he is 1 guy and that it could take a bit to get the IC. I did and I still chose to do the wait. Not being a dick, just being honest.

So your car is not driveable right now ? What happened with the stock intercooler ?

Maybe it magically disappeared...there is merit to both points of view. Some research on Levels here most likely would have revealed this fact. At the same time his site does not state a lead time, which it should.

True but it is known on here that there is a wait. I called him before I ordered and asked up front when I would have it and since I am in Orlando he even brought it to me as he was coming to town so I have nothing negative to say. The work and quality is top notch !

I have an electronic shipping label notification with a FedEx tracking number if that counts for anything...

Ordered first week in July, have called several times in between to check up on the status and always received good customer service from a standpoint of getting the straight and narrow as to whats going on.

According to Nick he seemed to think he should be getting in a bunch of units which are currently sitting in a warehouse, in soon. We'll see.
