Issac, Mike G, Other Mike and others over there are incredibly nice every time I call. All of us combined, I can't imagine how many calls they must get a day. I always do my best to show my appreciation but today it occurred to me that I would send something their way and figured some of you guys might want in on it.
I'd like to sign it something generic so that it doesn't seem tacky in that we think they can do anything more than they are - they are doing what they can with the info that's provided to them.
I've used nuts.com for previous gifts and it works out OK - what do you guys think?
