We're proud to announce that our 2020 Shelby GT500 fuel systems are now available! These systems can be ordered as duel or triple pump fuel systems with several pump options. If you guys have any questions regarding our systems for the 2020 GT500 please feel free to reach out.

The all new 2020 Shelby GT500 is here! As we've seen these cars make some crazy power right from the factory. Add E85, a custom tune, griptec pulley and some exhaust and these things are cracking 900+rwhp at ease. Although the factory fuel system is a dual pump system and with some larger injectors can support some decent HP levels we know there's the Lethal type customer that's wanting to push the limits even further.

This is why we developed our Lethal Performance 2020 Shelby GT500 return style fuel system. Our systems come as dual pump setups with the option to add a third pump. So depending on the HP level you're wanting to support you can build your kit to suite your specific needs.

The system uses a set of the DivisionX billet Coyote fuel rails and is run in a traditional style routing for the hoses. We accomplish this by using a Y-block at the end of the main feed line which then feeds each aftermarket fuel rail from the rear. We then leave each rail from the front and feed the Aeromotive X1 Series Pro EFI Bypass Regulator where the fuel is regulated and then returned to the tank.

Utilizing the DivisionX S197-C billet fuel hat as the systems backbone you can run up to 3 pumps based on what type of power you're looking to support and what fuel you'll be using, and we're including our plug and play triple pump harness in your kit regardless of how many pumps you start with! We then run a 10an feed line to our aftermarket fuel filter, into a Y-Block, and straight to the back of the DivisionX fuel rails. Our full return system uses all Fragola PTFE fuel hoses which are pre-assembled and won't leak or smell of fuel.

Why go with this system as opposed to others that use a factory style fuel hat and pump setup? This system has much more capability than other kits on the market and as mentioned can easily begin or be upgraded to a triple pump setup. Our competitors systems are stuck using only 2 inferior fuel pumps where this system has the option to use up to three of the top notch pump offerings from Walbro.

What's Included?:
DivisonX S197-C Triple Pump Fuel Hat
DivisionX Billet Shelby GT500 Fuel Rails
Aeromotive X1 Series Pro EFI Bypass Regulator 250gph (with fuel pressure gauge)
DivisionX Triple Pump Return Style Wiring Harness
DivisionX High Flow Fuel Filter (Stainless Washable E85 Compatible Element Optional)
Walbro F90000267 465lph E85 Approved Fuel Pumps (upgradable)
Fragola Pre-Assembled PTFE Feed and Return Lines
All Fittings and Hardware Needed for Installation

Roughly/Guestimate what is the HP level on E85 that this would need to be considered?

After speaking with Ken@PBD about this I would recommend a return style setup at the 950rwhp range. Although you can support that power on E85 with the stock pumps, larger injectors and fuel pump booster the return style system in his opinion from a tuning and fueling standpoint would be a better setup than the factory returnless one.

Please let me know if you have any other questions.

Thanks!

I think above 750 u need at least id1050s on E85, and above 900 you will want the rails. So if you plan on going 900+, just do the whole system at once

Thanks for the clarification, I guess I should have worded differently, Im not looking to go over say the 850 mark anytime soon and I did pick up the 1050s. Just had people telling me over 800 the rails were needed, and im literally installing all this today so I just wanted to be sure I wasnt missing a required item for my measly power levels. LOLOL Thanks again @ voodoo
