The heater hoses can be left as is putting back to stock. So I'm not sure it can't be undone the same as the PC. The PC still needs to mount the IC and duct the air in and out, modifying the shrouds around the radiator. It's not a big deal, but we all have to do some modifying. Neither the Whipple, KB or PC require grinding the block.

No worries but just to clear it up,

We do not cut/trim or modify the heater/cooling lines.
(the hoses just get put onto our new res. and neck)

Also, no cutting or trimming for the intercooler.
And mounting bolts are using stock bolts, with brackets.

And yes, no grinding block.

Literally nothing gets modified, period. :)
Have a great weekend all.:headbang:

Gotta throw out another vote for Procharger if ease of install is a consideration.

I did my first FI install with this kit. It was CAKE. Makes great power and literally bolts right on.

So what do you recommend?

How do we arrange the remote tuning?

Will there be a base tune I can use until the custom tuning section.

If I get a tuner and tune NOW, will it reduce the cost of the kit.

I am leaning towards the HO kit with larger intercooler with Lund tune at the moment. The Vortech SC's also look nice, but look a little more invovled. Either way, I want to make sure the car is sorted out before I go blow my Powertrain warranty.

Probably will pick up a cat back and tune soon. Most important change is going to be rubber on the rear.

Yes. If we do an na tune now. The remote tune would be less later. We have a base file ready for you once you get everything installed

I haven't installed the Whipple kit. But in process of installing the ProCharger HO kit. It's a true bolt on affair. We did trim the front heater hose (1/2") that goes on the new thermostat neck. It wasn't required. But we thought it looked better. If returning to stock, I think it would install as is just fine. So Nothing has to be changed/modified AT ALL. The Intercooler pipes and couplings are a tight fit. Fighting big pipes into small places. (That's what she said, LOL). But can be done with patience. First time installs will take over 6 hours, I think. The next one we install will be in the 6 hour range. You learn a lot on tearing your car apart and little tricks for it to fit better.

Hello.

For what it is worth, our system is bolt on with no invasive modifications to the body. No cutting of any metal or major relocation of any components. We leave one header bolted to the engine and there only needs to be one header replacement. Once replaced, the rest of the piping is very straight forward.

Please let us know if you would like a copy of the instructions sent over for review.

A bonus of our twin turbo system will be increased fuel mileage (while out of boost), and the most power/torque per lb of boost available.

If I did the twin turbo kit I would break stuff quickly...

I am not concerned with cutting hoses and minor fitment to make room, the big deal was grinding the block. I am use to modding cars, so much so that I have a personal lift... I have never seen something as silly as the Roush Supercharger option.

Whipple, Hellion, Vortech and Procharger all have my attention right now, I am going to drive the car some to make sure no issues pop up that should be handled under warranty, after that I will just replace things that break with beefed up parts. I only have 200 or so miles on it... I have had great motorcycle weather lately and needed my truck a few days.

my procharger set up p1sc upgraded valve, that valve tho:love:. I really didnt get on it much probably only took it to 4k rpms. Still on a lund tune, i have an appointment with my tuner for 29th:headbang:. The video doesnt do it justice. Install is super easy, hardest part not really hard just time consuming is taking of the front bumper.

How do you judge "Driveability" from one or the other. Is it in the tune? Procharger is available with Lund Tuning.

I am liking what I see from Procharger. This day and age, having a true bolt on kit shouldn't be an issue, I like that Procharger made their kit bolt on.

I have a manual, which seems to be a minority. I don't need the most power, I don't drag race, I just love forced induction...
Keep in mind that Ford chose a TVS as their option for the 15....as the stock blower on 13-14 GT500... GM chose a TVS for their halo Vette... for the CTS-v, etc.

No Procharger, K-B, Whipple, and the list goes on.

The brace doesn't do squat.

The VMP GENII TVS is assembled on the same equipment, by the same people that produce Ford Performance /Roush. It just so happens that ours makes more power, comes with a significantly superior heat exchanger, has more options (fuel injection, boosters, throttle body, etc) and custom calibration by the team of VMP and Lund Racing.

There is nothing closer to a factory supercharged Coyote. We've already seen 9's on Kelly Aiken's (BMR) car. If you're looking for 600-650 rwhp and OEM level testing and quality, there's only one option. Plus, it's 6 percent off with vmprocks6 at checkout.

If you have any questions, please feel free to call me directly at 321.206.9369 x112
