Hi to all,

this is my first post, so I hope it is ok for me to start with a tech problem right from the start.
I have recently bought a procharged gt350 and have used the forum a lót for all things mustang and it was very helpful, but now I just cant solve a problem and was hoping for some helpful tips.
Putten it in this section as seemed the best fitting for Tech questions on a blown engine, problem is probably not gt350 only as well

Spec is:
Stage 2 procharged Ps1 blower
6,25 and 4,25 pulleys for 6psi
8 rib dedicated belt system
Id1050x injectors
BAP
Maf in hardtube before oem throttle body
Oem exhaust with x pipe
Oil catch cans both sides, with the fresh air side connected to the k&n intake filter
Irmc stuck open permanent
Pro flow blow

problem is that I had some white plugs and rough idle at cold start, so as is it was a 7 year old tune, I figured a new fresh tune would be a good idea.

After the first idle map from lund for logging they saw stft’s where correcting 30+%
so they suggested I have a vacuum leak, bad catch can routing or maf problem.

so this is what I’ve done allready and this is where I got stuck as nothing changed the issue.

-smoke test vacuum manifold. no leak
-smoke test pcv entry and exits,no leak
-did the leak test with propane and running engine, and brake cleaner as well, no leak
-replaced some hoses with hairline cracks
-cleaned maf sensor with maf cleaner
-changed the mafsensor wiring (the procharger part) for a new one
-plugged the manifold pcv entry and had the pcv exits vented to open air, no difference,so the oil catch can setup is excluded
-cleaned the throttle body
-got the map designed for open irmc from lund

There are zero cel’s

Any experiences ideas as what could be the problem?

A log doesnt seem to be accepted as an a

Thanks a lót for any input

How much vacuum at idle, assuming it will idle?

have you tried connecting the OEM pvc lines back up?

compression test?

you never need a "fresh tune", something either broke or was incorrectly repaired/replaced

It would not accept my log as an attachement, any way around that??

i dont know how to measure vacuum at idle. Compression has been tested and was all good and all within 10%

Did it ever run right since you had it?

It ran pretty well, but idle was a bit rough on idle after cold start and spark plugs showed more white than my liking

Picture of plugs?

This is a pic of 3 plugs after 40 miles, new ngk 6510’s gapped to 0,028.
The old ones where similar, hence the reason for changing and looking for a solution

thats about the only thing I havent checked indeed! Any idea how I could check that? Maybe check voltage booster pump before and after the pump or such?

I know the booster pump normally works as a voltage booster. So 12v is upped to 18v, I think that is constant?
Just measured at the power supply inside connector on the fuel pumps and both receive 12.28 volts when the car is on ignition but not running.
i would expect it to be 18v than?
Lund has asked if I have bap and its calculated into the tune, if this thing doesnt do its thing, that might explain a 30% miss of fuel?

would love to know how many volts a oem gt350 (probably the same on any gt as well) gives on the connector🤔

Interesting…BAP not usually needed for 6psi.

i know, lund told me, might be a good idea to take it out? And tune without and see what happens?

would love to know how to test the thing though

Log shows about 55psi, but he's 1.50-1.60 fuel trim....

Seems like there would be a massive intake leak.

Is the BAP on? You could take it out.
