Leaking Motor Mount

Anyone replace a leaking drivers side motor mount yet? Mine is leaking and making a mess. Ordered a new one, but doesn't look like fun to replace.

The motor mounts are filled with glycol and have switchable damping. It's entirely possible he has one leaking..............

The short version of the service manual procedure is to support the engine, remove the mount bracket that is bolted to the block, and replace the mount. It does mention the need to remove the nuts on both sides of the engine in order to lift the engine enough to get the mount out.

Warranty? Probably not at 130,000 miles. Watery, oily mixture is what appears to be leaking. Or was leaking. Pretty much done now. Can feel a difference in vibration, which I noticed before I knew it was leaking.

wow 130k is that on stock tune? I don't think these are old enough for people to have had that experience yet, let us know how it turns out gl.

New mount arrived yesterday. Now to replace it. Yup 131k today. She has been to half the states in the US. Fun trips and my DD.

The place where I work has a lot of Tahoes. The 2012 model year was notorious for leaking motor mounts. I wouldn’t sweat it, it’s just one of those things.
