for the past week morning Temps have been colder then usual. (Socal) and every morning when I start my EB I hear a loud CLICK and its only a 1 time click not repetitive. Even my wife noticed the loud click when I start the car.

It only happens in the morning on first stary up. Throughout the day on off on off it doesnt do it.

I checked the oil and im at the first dot towards the tip so I'm sure I'm alil low on oil but dealership did my last oil change about 4k miles ago? I'm due for another one in about 3-4k

I noticed some dried up oil on the passenger side of the engine but don't know if thats been there or if its recent. Also noticed this belt doesn't look centered on the "pulley" or whatever you wanna call it sorry im not too educated on part names.

I am recently doing revisions for a custom tune so don't know if that has any effect on all this.

Do i need a head gasket seal? Help please !

That is a very common leak area. One or two of the bolts that hold the timing cover on are weeping. You can clean the area with brake clean, remove the bolts and reinstall them with a little RTV. There are several threads on this issue.

Do you know if this is just the 2015-2017 models? OP has a 2017. Is this problem common on 2019’s too?

Well, if there is oil on the outside of the engine then there’s probably an oil leak.

There's no leak on mine but I'm wondering if it's a common issue on 2018-2019 engines as well

I had this problem on my 2018 before the head gasket went (unrelated and not to worry you). I would take it in to Ford and have them fix it under warranty, assuming you haven't tuned the vehicle.

I am tuned but the dealer I called said that's nothing to worry about as long as I didn't do anything crazy like bugger turbo etc. Doesnt seem to seep anymore but ill keep an eye on it!

My 2016 had the same issue, although it was a smaller leak than the one in your picture. I had the head gasket replaced in Feb and at the same time the dealership re-sealed the timing cover with RTV. Haven't seen any issues in a few thousand miles since.
