Just got my Circle D 3C converter installed and wanted to see how people are launching? Intake, headers, Lund tune, ET Street R 305/45/17 are main mods.

try different settings.

I normally have good luck holding at 1000-1500rpm, then flashing the converter.

Unless I'm trying to launch of boost with sticky tires.

That sounds good. So holding it at the highest rpm before starting to creep doesn't work well?

I load the converter up until it pushes through the beams and launch it from there.

I use this technique also. Hold 15-1800 RPMs and flash it to 3000 as the lights are dropping and wala. 1.6 sixties.

I have tried just about every launch technique with the Circle-D 4E (5,000 rpm flash) in my '14 GT and found that holding about 1800 rpm's nets the best 60 foot & 1/4 mile ET's.
