Buy a proper drag radial. Find an air pressure that works best (I like 20-25 psi, depending on the tires and the ambient temperature). Do a proper burnout (2nd gear for a high enough tire speed, and roll forward after a bit of smoke appears until the tires bark & grab). Stage and hold some revs against the converter to preload the suspension (my car likes 2,000 rpm's best). Launch on the last amber. Hold on and enjoy the ride!

Anything around 2500 rpm and you start spinning. 18-20 psi is great for launching. Hold the brake and 2000rpm let your foot off brake and :D

Yeah the 275s didn't take to kindly to any brake launch let alone just decking it lots of smoke and no movement haha :p
