I ordered F/R Firehawk Indy 500s. For the price they are unbeatable. Had them on a previous car and loved them.

I have a feeling they'll be better than these Pirellis.
That’s a decent tire. Won’t fix your traction issue though. I bought MPSS before my Whipple install. Still going sideways in 3rd. Ordered 285/35/19 MT Street ET S/S tonight. Also bought an extra set of stock rear wheels to put them on so I can swap ‘em depending on weather.

The Whipple will still shred DR's. At some point it becomes more driver than tire.

Yeah I know the Indy 500s won’t solve the problem. But they should be better than what I got. I want good handling at speed too and want to keep same staggered sizes for now.
I’m still glad my car came whippled despite the traction issue. That will just make me safer by not engaging in childish drag races.:headbonk:

They better hold 3rd or they’re gone! You can also say...“At some point it becomes more race car than street car.”

i get it. Was oh so close to going to a big & little slick setup...which eventually may happen regardless.

My 345 NT05R’s didn’t. Stock car with a Whipple is far from a race car. Hell I still don’t consider my money pit as a race car.

thats sucks. Hopefully the S/S is better combined with the gear change. When it needs racing tires, race gas, and a roll bar (to pass tech) it qualifies as a race car to me.

Hope so. Nah if it gets inspected and registered every year and is drivin on the street, it’s a street car lol. Race car on weekends. :headbang:
