I just practiced a launch on a private road in Drag Mode. First to second changed somewhere around 7400 and then from 2 to 3 I heard a thud and power was cut. No codes and drives like normal since. Anyone experience this?

Did you turn the advancetrac off? If not, it might have been activated.

Nope. After some researching that’s the conclusion I’ve come to. I’ll give it another try and disable the Advancetrac. Thanks

Yes I have experienced this a couple times. Pretty sure you hit fuel cut due to hitting the rev limiter. There was most likely wheel slip/hop between the 2-3 shift which caused you to hit the limiter. It can still happen with advanced track off.

Just turn off traction control. In my experience as long as you keep the car straight advanced trac does nothing. If you get it to sideways at speed you will be glad it’s there.

Once I got my car tuned with some bolt ons, it would do some silly shit if I left advanced track on. Torque management is very picky on 18+ cars. 1-4 it would short shift around 5500rpm, 5th about 6900, then 6th around 7900.

Advanced track off, 7300 into 2nd, 7800 into 3rd.
