Launch control after FI

I was messing with the Launch Control on my car and noticed that after my FI install/tune, it won't hold a steady RPM. It revs up to set limit (3500), then revs to 3K, then back to 3500 and so on. I have never used it but just in case. Anyone else have this issue?

You mean the limiter when you're in park (if you have an auto?) or are you talking about launch control? Your RPM limiter should be like >7K most likely.
