Lanka blob remover

Anyone have any experience with this stuff? I applied the touch up paint and a thin layer of clear coat over a deep chip down to the metal. Then about 4 days later I used this langka blob remover to smooth it out. All it did was remove all the touch up paint lol. So I tried it on another repaired chip from a few months ago and it removed almost all of the paint too. I reapplied touch of paint to a few spots afterwards and really globbed it on without any clear coat. I'm going to let it sit for a few days and try the blob remover again.

Anyone use this stuff before with success? I only rubbed it in for about 5-10 seconds on a microfiber cloth.
