Currently no plans for lettering but it could be added easily!! I am thinking I will have the base and they a few different cover options. All sorts of colors from shapeways plastic will be available! I will also have one in the Frosted Detail Plastic for custom paints. Modeling paint that you can get from crafts stores will be great at replicating that red on the cover!

You end up going 35mm id?
Also, I worked out a way to make a small push button on the side to flip open the cover.only issue is adds depth to cover, may be too deep.

Looks great!!! The ID of my cover is 29mm and OD is 35mm. I left it open on the bottom to provide a lip to grab when you want to open it. Makes it easier and simpler install!
