my base GT needs shocks bad,already on lowering springs and looking to get the best shocks I can buy
much difference between the two other than paint and price ?

how much lowered? Plenty of threads on this already. I would recommend against 'stock' Konis. FRPP track shocks and Bilstein should be high on your list.

lowered w BMR springs,the usual inch or so . Did not know FRPP was even in the race nor Bilstien.....

Good choices, just non-adjustable.

Koni yellows are sometimes a bit harsh initially, that softens up a bit after a while.
