Install exhaust cutouts that make it loud as fu@k. Then just leave the cutouts open when you go to sleep. Don’t show off with them so he never knows. If he try’s to take the car he will wake up the whole Neighborhood

If your car is a manual I've always intercepted the clutch switch and put the kill switch in line with that. It's a low current draw so no need for a heavy duty switch and easy to get at the wiring. Haven't tried it on the mustang though.
Auto. Good thought though

If this kill switch has been used on prior bad decisions it is now a deterrent. But no deterrent will stop a horny teenager
Kid has the mechanical aptitude that includes changing light bulbs, staple gun (christmas decorations), a lawn mower, and a weed eater. He doesn't have a clue when it comes to cars despite his real dad and my involvement in cars (and our request he learn). I disable it in a non-obvious way, no chance he will figure it out.

Explain that if you catch him stealing your car you'll beat his ass & throw him out. There's your kill switch.
Already had that conversation but I saw that look in his eye... The "wanna bet old man" look. Piss and vinegar

Oh she is already there. Cold start up can rattle windows if it is in my garage. Though going from start to reverse probably takes less time than me getting to the garage. Again, I'm hoping he heeds my warnings but this is to make sure he isnt really dumb enough to go GTA.

He honestly isn't a good driver with his car but doable. I'm hoping with practice he'll get better so I can take him to some real driving courses. Without some real training (not that drivers ed BS) and more experience driving, my car with all my mods... He doesn't have a prayer if he decides to find out what she can do.

My daughter on the hand has potential and she is only 14. My concern with her is she will end up in jail for excessive speed or something else that us experienced drivers would never ever consider doing in a public place. 😁

That is a lot of truth right there...
I wonder if anyone has done this on a mustang yet. Kill switch... should be easy to tie into the pump or relay under the back seat and place the switch somewhere inconspicuous. Maybe even inside the armrest. Or run the wire to under the dash or beside the OBD port.

Not at all. I remember those as well. The best thing they can do for all of the sports cars that come out is what Dodge did for the Hellcat since it was being stolen so often. You must type in a code to get the full horsepower. Once that catches on it’s a done deal. I could be wrong but I also remember something back in the day with the original ZR1being able to cut out cylinders when somebody else was driving it.

Im not sure why a PIN code hasnt been implemented a long time back with touch screen availability. Some of my excavators/equipment have it depending on what brand it is.

Soler performance throttle controller have a 0 pedal input mode.
Also a percentage throttle opening "valet" mode.
I think option "A" is your best bet lol
