Is fuse #33 (Run/Start)in the passenger side of engine bay fuse box a safe keyed 12v source?

Use slot #23 in the fuse panel located behind the passenger footwell kick panel.

You will need a micro 2 fuse tap.

I'm wiring up a NOS nitrous system and the fuse tap that came with the kit is not compatible with the interior fuse box. Need a keyed 12V source in the engine bay fuse box.

If you’re looking for a switched 12V power power source for your arming switch, the fuse slot that I recommended above is what I used for my nitrous arming switch panel. The other fuse link will connect directly to your battery and then a relay under the hood. See this diagram in the link below.
