I haven't received anything yet sadly. Travis is trying to get my kit out as soon as he can. What are you going with?
One of the drawbacks of having a huge sale is that you sometimes sell too much.. ;)

I appreciate your patience. We're typically 2-3 days out. Right now, it's a few days longer. I believe your kit went out yesterday, and I'm just waiting on tracking info to forward over. :)

I'm going with your kit man! You sold me
I have 5 kits on order right now, just to cover what we expect will be busy next week or so. So, I think we're ahead of the curve. We'd love to have you on board with Boost Works/KB.

Do you have to lower the motor to install the 3.2? Curious about the fit
It does come with billet/poly engine mounts. They lower the engine a tad, and also replace the flimsy stock mounts. One of the things we've noticed from this is that there's a LOT less (nearly zero) engine/trans "twist" from torqueing over, that you typically see with stock mounts. This helps with shifting, as the trans isn't twisting away from the linkage/shifter in the car. We notice less missed shifts.. especially 2nd/3rd upshift.

Here's an installation video showing just how easy it is to install these:

Haha, that's awesome. Hopefully I can convert a bunch of guys with the build thread :)
You're right man. It took me weeks to convince the wife for a Whipple and then I see this the day before I could order. Talk about a dilemma... The only reason I stuck with the Whipple was more people are running it currently on this forum and gives me a decent amount of technical assistance in the near future. But man, do I love KBs. First SC'd car I rode in was a KB'd Cobra.

That's too bad you didn't take the plunge! Would've been cool to have someone else build along with me.
How long is the wait time to get your whipple kit?

NICE!:headbang: I should be around too, so if you want a hand I'll come by for a bit and help out. that all depends on whether or not the Paxton kit I just ordered comes in before then though.

Sounds good man! I could definitely use another set of hands(and possible tools if I'm missing something)

Along with the install with the front bumper off, I do plan on doing a grill delete. The more airflow the better to help cool off that PD blower.
I already have a dremel, cutting discs and sanding discs waiting

I've just got the basics for tools. Wrenches, sockets, ratchets, hammers, screwdrivers etc. the only "special tools" I have are torque wrenches. But I can bring them. The old lady said she will take the kids to that zoo out there so unless something comes up I'll be able to come help you out. I'll pm you my number

10-14 days. Not sure if that was from the time of order or from today. Preferably the first option. If I were a bit more brazen, i'd go the different route and do the KB.

We're typically 2-3 days out on shipping.. This one was 5 days. We sold a TON of kits during the holiday sale, and KB is catching up. Still, we have one of the fastest shipping/turn-around times out there. We're proud of that. :)

What does it say there about Rancho Cucamonga, I live 20 minutes from there? Is that where it shipped from?

Iam leaning towards the 3.2L kit as well. Should be about 5 or 6 weeks from now. Good luck with build and will be watching.
