Darren,...if it's consolation, I have a Roush TVS on my '13 Roush Stage 3 and never had any hiccups/surging or throttle hanging at all. Then again, it's not my daily, but never any issues.
I'm sure its the standard across the board of any major company now-a-days. Theres a lot done in the tuning that they couldnt do years ago im sure.
I never would've believed 10 years ago base GT's would make this much power with 10-12 pounds of boost.

This is my daily, and it will occasionally see track time at the strip. End result? Hopefully a deep 10, high 9 daily driver :)

I still have a ways to go, but I cant stress enough how great it drives just around town

I'll see what I can muster this week. I might be gone for 2 weeks though due to Army training very soon.

I had a 2000 GT with a Novi 2000 centri, Viper-spec T56 swap, 4.10 gear, MT ET Streets, and a host of other goodies. At 10psi, my little 2 valve 4.6 made 470whp. That was considered to be dangerous for the rods in that engine. It ran 11.60's @ 116-117mph on drag radials, and back then, that was considered fast as hell. Now, a bolted/tuned GT on drag radials will run the same damn thing. LOL!

Ford has grown by leaps and bounds with the new chassis, and even the S197B/Coyote was a huge jump over the S197A and 3v 4.6.

Fun times we're living in..

i did not like mustangs at all prior to the coyote motor coming out. after that they became a consideration. now with the s550, they have become the choice.

Exactly my thoughts! Considering a 2017 GT, and perhaps Travis's TT

So, my new rear tires came in. I need to find a good open area for a proper send off of the stock pirelli's.
I ended up just settling on Mickey Thompson's Street Comps.
285/35/19

I need traction in the rain, so no daily driven drag radial for me.
I'll eventually grab a set of race wheels with some sticky mickey bias plys.

Also! I didn't forget about making a video, the rain is gone I just need to find a place a little ways away from post so I can have a little fun.
