Joe: My immediate reaction was,
"Someone did a spectacular job of paint correcting your clear coat! Granted, the photos aren't super closeups but it looks perfect. As others have said, you will smile every time you wash the car, it's SO slippery and ditto on no more drying towels as someone else mentioned...blow drying is a piece of cake on a ceramic coated vehicle.

Thanks for the complements guys! They used Opti-coat, 3-year product with paint correction. $750. Kind of pricy for sure...but I was about to buy all the Zaino stuff I needed and that was over $100...plus you have to actually do it and it takes a weekend to do it right....and that wouldn't have addressed the paint issues.
