Sorry, that's all I've got for now. So early I can't even see what day it's supposed to arrive.

have people actually reported issues with the one supplied?
Yes. Multiple threads on it. Its a motorad 160 but it low flow so slow opening and it runs my heads at 225F while some others see 215-225F max.
I drive the car very hard and getting about 3k per set of rears and 6-11mpg.

Ok, it's here now. 4 weeks to get and I really like the addition of the black p/c manifold. Physical install starts tomorrow at 8:30am. Got myself organized today and removed the bumper.

Next time?!? How many time are you gonna do a Whipple install on the car?

Yeah, I'm glad I opted up for the manifold matching the body. It's just a nice finishing touch. Thanks for the words and the offer of help. I will definitely take you up on that. Already having a little software issue and posted about that sooooooo yeah.

Lol, I can never have a mustang or F150 without a Whipple again.

Updated pics for the day.

Stopped here cuz I think I'm missing the round o-ring that goes on the manifold between the sc. Anybody remember having an o-ring there? And no it's not on the other section either.
Also trying to figure my evap solenoid set up. I have a threaded body but nothing in the inventory goes in it. I have something that looks like it belongs there based on the instruction pics but it isn't threaded. Thoughts or am I just totally missing something here?

Lastly, switched over everything necessary for the throttle body. Don't know why we would upgrade this; looks to be the same size.

More tomorrow.

Check w Dustin but I think the bypass has a single circumferential seal on the "pipe" that slides into the lower manifold. The second face seal that sits in the groove might no longer be used.
You will likely find what youre missing but if there is something MIA on the evap that you need to mount it you can skip it till later.
You can torque everything down without the evap bracket on and after all torqued down just pull the bolts for the bracket and install that subassembly once you have anything missing.
Look at steps 138, 136, 140, 141 in the Feb 2 version manual. Notice all the fittings for breather and other lines to go where the 6AN orange temporary caps are at front of the SC. Should be a whole bag of fittings.

The EVAP cyl should have 2 threaded inlets on its body and you should have enough threaded quick disconnect fitting, if not call whipple. The quick disconnect fitting you pitcured below the EVAP looks like it goes to the inlet elbow with a rubber grommet.

The manifold face with the round groove has nothing it, the rubber O ring should be inside the hole.

As mentioned call Whipple. The fitting you posted a picture of should be threaded. I believe another member had the same problem.

I'm pretty sure the other member's issue was not the fitting but rather the EVAP was missing threads in one of the ports.

Ah, you are correct my old memory failed me but the fitting needs threads as well.
