So i am going to use this for a track car. I'd like to put sport cup 2 tires, Girodisc rotors, Castrol SRF fluid, and Pagid pads. Can i put 350R size tires on the standard 350 wheels? If not, can I put 350R wheels on the 350? What is the offset for the 350R wheels, i know the size is 19x11 and 19x11.5. What are the part numbers for the CF 350R wheels, front and back?

Get ready for a heart attack on the price on the OEM GT350 wheels. Probably better to find a godo aftermarket set if you want tolighten it up a bit. Many guys do pretty well with the stock wheels and cup2s that come on it and just focus on brake pads and other tweaks until they are accustomed to the car.

...actually...I'd just flush brake fluid, do a tech inspection and GO :)

350R tire sizes will work on the 350 Wheels. (10.5 & 11 with 305s and 315s)

Will it be faster? Depends on who you speak with.

FYI - OEM base 350 wheels are a pretty darn good bargain these days. Seems like $800-900 will get you a good clean set.

Stock pads are fine for track use. R wheels will set you back from 8 to 12 Grand used. I would look at a Good after market forged wheel. Not as good as the R wheel but close enough. The 305 315 combo is fine but a 305 square would allow you to rotate the tires (you have to dismount and mount if you dont have spacers) You can use the FP R compound or the GT PP2 tire which is the same as the R compound on the R cars which is stickier. Since you talk about the Girodisc rotor, You dont want to buy a heavy wheel. Its defeats the purpose (no stock GT350 wheels)

as mentioned already, R CF wheels are gonna cost b-a-n-k. but they are nice and weigh about 18lbs ea. your OEM wheels are about 32lbs ea. quite a difference. but you can find some good aluminum wheels in the low to mid-20lb range that will serve you well. if you go with R wheels, you'll need to install extended studs on the fronts. the R offsets are ET 24 and ET 56. one of the lower cost fully forged wheels in 19" are the Shelby American CS-21's. @svttim has them on his R.

anyway congrats on that red beauty.

So CS-21 would be fine for the 305/315? To me, the 305/315 would be a better track tire than 295/305? I really don't need CF but would like the extra width for the 305/315 tires.

I REALLY APPRECIATE THE HELP!!!

I just went to www.vroom.com and I think I spotted the car you bought. It's marked sale pending, $50k and change right?

What Wheels? I am surprised you would get by with 315 on a 10.5", but i am no expert.
for the cup 2's, say in the 305 30 19, the rim width range is 10.5 - 11.5. so technically you can run the CS-21 wheels which are the same size as the OEM non-R wheels (10.5 ET 30 and 11.0 ET 62) and run 305 30 19 all around. you could also run 315 30 19 on a 11" wheel. ideally you run 295 on 10.5, 305 on 11, and 315 on 11.5. but again it's all doable.
