I recently had new tires put on my MACh1 at Discount. When they were balancing the tires, I noticed that one wheel was calling for way more weight to balance than the others. The tech dismounted the tire and rotated it on the wheel and spun it again. It was a tad better this time, but still close to 2 ounces. They RoadForced it and it showed the wheel was slightly bent. So slight that it took 3 of us to see it while spinning. No cracks....no rash etc. No biggie.....all balanced and vibration free up to 126 mph.
I knew back in 2023 when I bought new wheels for my MACh1 based on previous nightmares with Mercedes Benz AMG wheel availability that I should have bought 5 instead of 4! The road here in N. Alabama are generally really good and potholes rarely go un-repaired for more than a few days. I don't remember hitting one that was jaw rattling, but I must of hit one enough to put the bend in. All four wheels were spun when I received them back in 2023 before I mounted tires on them. All four were straight as arrows and took very little weight to balance.
Well between the new coffee maker I just bought that will only brew coffee at a warm 127 degrees and having a bent wheel, I've been losing sleep!
So I went to the https://www.wheelreplicas.com/ website to see if they had my wheels back in stock. The website showed them but listed them as "out of stock." So, I patiently waited 4 hours for them to open and gave them a call. I told the salesman Greg what I was looking for, and he said he'd take a look and see if they had anything in stock and he'd call me back, but he didn't think they had any and had no idea if they were going to get any in the future.
A couple days went past, and my phone rang and it was Greg calling me back saying that they'd found one and it was mine for $xxx price shipped.
 UPS dropped it off yesterday and I slept very well!! It's not like I spent thousands of $$$$ on a set of wheels, in fact I'm pretty sure I paid less than $700 shipped for the set of 4.
Customer service goes a LONG way with me these days and for them to search a lord only knows how many square foot warehouse for an out-of-stock single wheel and have it on my doorstep in 2 days is worth mentioning to y'all! Great company to work with!!!
