These are my Steeda low profile jacking rails. I have the car in the air all the time, these have saved me so much headache… probably the thing I use the most.

This is my horrible attempt of a picture of my Steeda Extreme G-Trac K member brace. I don’t like the name, I don’t like install even more. Holy sweet baby Jesus that was difficult to get on.

I’ve added a ton of Steeda stuff to my car and the chassis is so stiff now a wheel comes off the ground when I back out of my driveway. It didn’t used to do that. The bigger difference (and more importantly) is in the turns. I love it.

What was so bad about the install?
I came across this thread searching about the brace. I'm about to put a Roush 2.3 on my 2015 and I have to remove the upper engine K-brace. I've read the Steeda brace kinda helps take place of it.

So I found a few people that had the same issue as me, and a few that couldn’t believe it was a problem because theirs went on without issue.

Basically you need to get these spacers on top of the brace to install them. If the brace and your frame are perfectly aligned, piece of cake. For whatever reason, mine weren’t. My car is brand new untouched garage kept beauty queen with a zero percent chance of a bent frame. That just leaves the brace… in order to make it work I had to tape the sleeves (you can see the white tape in the pic) and use a ratchet strap to bend the bar and hold it to get the last bolt in place.

Had that crossed my mind right away it wouldn’t have been a problem, but it didn’t, so it took me a while. Now that it’s in… my car chassis is so stiff it’s beautiful in the turns, I love it. Worth it IMO, but not easily done in my case.

This isn’t really a mod per-say…

I had the entire front end of my car off and saw the windshield washer fluid reservoir. Then I thought to myself, I don’t need that… so I removed it. And this is where it was.

I siphoned the washer fluid out of mine to the point the dash light doesn't indicate. It wasn't full to the very top and it was still 7.5 lbs. gone from the front. I only drive it on nice days anyway. The cheapest "mod" lol.

I know what you mean about trying to line up the bolts. Doing the rear lock out and vertical links on my car. If those bolts don't go in at the right angle you will have hell. And most likely cross thread them.

I use mine frequently too.... I am bad to jack mine up and pull the wheels to clean at least 4 times a year With the G brace, I can lift one side and pick up 3 tires at once

lol. I know too.

I cross thread the two small bolts on the drivers side lock out. Had to re tap them and was able to save them. Thank god... haha
