Went to a Cars and Coffee event at Shelby American a couple of weeks ago. They had the green GT500 on display, so I snapped a couple of pics, figured I would share.

I am not sure what those wheels are. Although this is a 2020 GT 500, it is not a Signature Edition car. Looks to be just a wide body car with other customizations like seat upholstery, rear seat delete, roll cage, painted calipers, etc. They appear to be Shelby branded, just not the SE wheels. What Wheels are these on the Widebody?
Wow, I’m surprised how much they take apart as well.Well, the Ford Pass App was not lying....... @protraxduner you were right, the mirrors are off. Kind of surprising to me just how much they disassembled the car.
Anyway WE ARE OFF AND RUNNING!!!
What surprised me is the fenders are off, mirrors, door panels.Wow, I’m surprised how much they take apart as well.
I’m also surprised they reuse the factory hood vent on their hood, and don’t have an integrated vent like the side ones
I did not. I’ll get to check mine for cracks when it gets shipped back to me. Have no idea what I’m gonna do with all the spare parts. I have a feeling the 2020 GT500 hood market is gonna tank LOL.Congrats!! Did you tell them how delicate the hood is?
I do not know actually. There is so little information about these cars. As far as I know, there has not been one sold car officially finished yet, so there are no pictures floating around yet. The white car I posted pictures of is the pre-production test car.Jaime, why did they remove your door panels?
