Jerky/Harsh shifts after loading new tunes?

Is it normal to have harsh shifting (A10) immediately after loading a new tune? Does it have to re-learn? Loaded a new tune this morning and when trying "S" mode, the shifts were VERY abrupt and harsh. I drove in that mode for about 15 miles and it seemed to start getting better. How long does this take to smooth out? Is this normal?

Yes, it has to relearn everything all over again so it can be a little uncomfortable at first

Definitely normal. Once I load a new tune or do a KAM reset, takes about 20min or so and everything smooths out.
