JD Power & RDA Group quality surveys

Anyone else get these in the last few days?

JD Power quality survey came yesterday & today there is one from RDA Group.

Is Ford searching for compliments or something?

I received the RDA one today. Round filed it immediately.

I think I got the JD Power one. (recycle) Binned it. My car is actually quite good, but yesterday was garbage night, so I think the survey is gone. Sorry, Ford.

Lol.. People complain about quality on a forum, surveys come out to ask about quality and folks can't be bothered to take the time. What a country!

I've gotten several surveys and I've filled out 3 or 4. It seems as though Ford is more interested in the opinions of people who buy the more premium products. I didn't get so many surveys in the past. Tough though, because some of the surveys aren't that well written so I don't always feel they are capturing my thoughts. The JD was pretty decent.

Yeah, I never got one on the 99 SVT, but they got an earful from everyone on that one already.

My biggest complaint is that the Mustang is bigger and heavier than I'd like it to be. I really have nothing except ticky tacky minor issues like that. I think the stereo/interior/paint are good enough - those are probably the most common complaints I've seen on here but I don't share those opinions - at least not with respect to my car. I did share that the panel fitment isn't the greatest. The rear valence on my car just doesn't fit quite right due to incorrectly matching shapes.

The other feedback I tried to give Ford that I thought was most important was that hybrid/electric vehicles are not for me and I don't care that the GT350 doesn't get great fuel economy.
