JBL GTO638 owners...tweeter adjustment setting

Those of you that have swapped to the JBL GTO638's, where do you have the button set to? Are the tweeters harsh sounding? Also did most of you keep the factory A pillar tweeters installed or disconnect?

I have mine in the front. 629s in the rear.

Stock Tweeters still hooked up

Highs are just right not harsh at all

button left unpressed.

I set mine higher, but I like a bit more treble for fill in back. Also I have a convertable and don't have sound bouncing off the rear window. Pillar tweeters are still stock. I believe there is a three db differance with the button depressed, but don't quote me on that.
