Wear do I jack up the car to put it on jackstands pictures would help

The owners manual will show pictures. Believe it or not the pinch welds of the body are acceptable, have been for decades now.Wear do I jack up the car to put it on jackstands pictures would help
The BMR or Steeda jacking rails are worth the investment and an extremely easy install. A much better place for both lifting and utilizing jack stands.

Yes, but the problem is you can't place your jackstand under the pinch weld at the same time as you're jacking the car up on the pinch weld. :( I'm frustrated that Ford doesn't illustrate any additional jacking points in their documentation so that you can get the car up to place the jackstands under the pinch welds. Toyota provided such information in my Scion's owner's manual, so there's no reason Ford can't.
Having said that, I installed Steeda jacking rails on my rail right away and I'm glad I did. I definitely recommend jacking rails if you're going to work on your car. I believe both the BMR and Steeda rails are well regarded on this forum.
A couple of things to keep in mind if you decide to get jacking rails (I have the Steedas, so I don't know for sure that all this applies to the BMR):
1. You'll need a low clearance jack if you don't already have one. Get the lowest one you can find, especially if you plan on ever lowering your car.
2. When lifting one side (left or right) of the car using a jack and the jacking rails, you can only lift the entire side (left or right) at once. That is, you'll be lifting both wheels off the ground. You can't just lift, say, the right-front wheel only.
3. Installation of the rails can be done while the car is on the ground. The CJPP install video is very helpful (since Steeda provided incomplete instructions!
