LC has always been a risky thing to use, I'd be willing to bet that LC related failures would likely not be covered by warranty.

Its just a massive impulse on your entire driveline, if you're chasing tents of a second on the track its great, but on the street its just a gimmick.

a buddy of mine had a 996 911 turbo on hoosiers and this dude with camaro was talking shit about his eurotrash ride. the camaro was fast, too, fatties and skinnies, all that.

they lined up. my buddy was so pissed off he launched that porsche near the rev limiter and had like a couple bus lengths on this guy before he even moved.

it was so damned funny and a true testament to porsche overbuilding everything with rare exceptions.
