Is this normal on the steering rack?

Guys car is a GT 2016 PP and always when i turn the steering wheel all the way to the left side it clunks i can feel the clunk in the pedals close to the accelerator pedal tooked it to the dealer and they say they cant find nothing and they took this video and said to me that its something in the steering rack is this normal?

Did you ever find a fix or just replace the rack? Mine is doing the same, 2015 GT with 50k miles.

That appears to be a shot bearing in that steering input shaft. I dont know if you can service that or not, but thats awful.
