Is this noise normal?

Today I decided to give my car some revs while in park. Whenever I rev the engine and release the gas, it makes this grinding noise. Is this normal? It sounds pretty scary to me. The car is fully warmed up.

Did this noise just start - how many miles on the car? Almost sounds like maybe a loose/lazy cam-chain tensioner. You should have a Ford dealer check it out.

I have about 4K miles. I just found out this past weekend when I decided to rev the car in park. I hate taking my car to the dealer but I guess I have to take it again..
