The vin tag on inside your door will show you the completion date, the door vin tag is the last thing installed before the car leaves the factory but the decals and window stickers are outsourced so there is a hair bit of variance from what I understand
The attached are all pre-production 2012/2013 Boss 302/LS pre-production vehicles and had chassis numbers PP0001, PP0002 and PP0004.The only info I was able to get was that a buddy of mine that works for ford drove it before I did

The public could log in and see diagnostic data for a car. ETIS showed that date and time the computers were cycled on for the first time, the end of build.

With a Window Sticker being issued by a third-party supplier at least a week or two prior to production it is pretty much impossible to provide a build date on a WS and of course there is no build date listed on a WS.

I‘ve had 7 new mustangs in the last couple years and all they’ve ever shown on the door jamb vin tag has been the month and year. No day date.

Just passing through. Per the OASIS report your Build Date is 10/20/2021 and Warranty Start Date is 11/8/2021. Sorry, for privacy concerns I cant replicate the info online, but any dealer could print out this info for you in person.
