That 2200 is a beastly blower, there are a few floating around, putting down big numbers and going really fast. I think it's the best bang for the buck on the market, can't go wrong with one of Beef's combo's with a Lund tune.Looking at pulling the trigger on the beefcake special 800hp vortech kit but im not seeing anyone talking about running vortech at all. Any advice??![]()
Appreciate the advice! If you don't mind me asking, whats the difference between the jt trim and the v3 and would you still recommend that over the Paxton?Vortech is a great choice! I run a vortech Billet wheel jt trim on my car and I am extremely happy with it. This is my second vortech as I had the v3 on my previous mustang and was extremely happy with that one as well. You can not go wrong with them!
The v3 is a smaller blower and is self lubricated. The jt blower is a much bigger blower and is oil fed. The jt is the blower I would choose if you plan on building your motor in the future if not the v3 will suffice. The Paxton is a great choice as well because not only is it self lubricated but also supports more power then the v3 blower. You wont go wrong with either choice. If your just looking to be a basic bolt on car with a blower and be around 650 rwhp, I would go with the v3 because you will be spinning it at its potential leval. When you start going with the bigger blowers you have to spin them harder to meet there potential which isn't always ideal for a stock motor.Appreciate the advice!
