How would you suggest repairing a backup camera that works maybe 50% of the time? (2015 GT)

Thanks!

I had the same problem, turned out a overly tight zip tie clip on the trunk hinge was cutting into the wiring loom. I'd start looking there.

I’ve got tons of experience repairing GM back up cameras. In terms of them working like ours typically do...

Camera isn’t bad just occasionally gets feedback and or cuts out intermittently.

I’ve come to find that the ground path on the camera itself is usually a multipoint ground and has too much “interference” which is where the feedback comes from.

On the GMs I simply cut the ground to the camera and find a new ground for it, and have reports of no issues afterwards

PS. I’ve been too lazy to try it on my car because I’m not getting paid to do it xD
