I think it's safe to assume that most reading posts in this section would need minimal interior "cleaning", but rather simply dusting or removing smudges and finger prints from glossy surfaces.
In most cases, a damp microfiber or even an exterior detailer will do the job just fine.
However there are two dedicated products that I really like for this task. Meguiar's Quick Interior Detailer (QID) and CarPro InnerQD are both interior cleaners that can be used on most interior surfaces, including infotainment screens.
Both products have lemon scents and have the ability to lightly clean interiors with a streak free finish. The Meguiars QID also contains some very mild UV protection as well. I like to use these by spraying liberally into a towel before then wiping the interior surfaces down.
Out of the two, I like the scent and "feel" of InnerQD better, but then QID is almost as good and has that mentioned UV protection.
From here, if more cleaning power is needed, you would be hard pressed to not be impressed with P&S Express.
Express can be used on most interior surfaces, including leather. I like how this product will foam up if agitated with a brush, but can also be used in the spray and wipe fashion I mentioned above. The lemony scent is pretty good too.
The next step in cleaning ability would be a stronger All-Purpose-Cleaner such as Koch Chemie Green Star.
Green star will also foam up when agitated and can be diluted appropriately to the desired level of cleaning strength. I have it mixed at 8:1 for decent grunt. Use an APC to remove mud, oil and grease stains, liquid spills and greasy armrests.
After using a product like Express or Green Star, you will probably want to apply a dressing for UV protection such as 303 Protectant. I love this product because it's pretty scent neutral and dry's to a matte finish.
