I think it has something to do with the ground strap. Did you put it on top or bottom
For the clean side catch can? I didn't notice it had one nor did I see anything about it on the crappy instructions posted.

For the Dual valve catch can I installed I put it on the top like the directions said but that was about a year ago..I doubt it would be bringing up A cel now.

I'm gonna go double check both catch cans now

Strap is on top..checked all my connections. Everything is tight so I cleared the code with the scanner and pulled the negative terminal on the battery for a while..we will see if the code comes back on.

I'm installing the CP-e IC in a couple weeks and plan on a grill shutter delete at the same time. Is there some info on the forums for this, I searched but couldn't find. Thnx

Yea just pull the shutters off, make sure not to leave sensor unplugged, some will get a code some won't.

Do you know what the code is for shutter system being removed. Just incase that pops up sooner or later

If you're removing the ACC you can install a larger intercooler than the cp-e unit. I got it because it was the largest I could find and still retain the ACS.

The code will probably come back. I got the same code after installing my CSCC. I cleared it but it came back pretty quickly. Ended up having Adam just disable it in my tune. From what I understand, it won't cause any harm. It just happens because the sensor (the VPS sensor I believe) on the clean side isn't seeing as much flow/pressure once the can is installed.

I might end up ditching the cscc then. I'm not in the market for a tune yet.

If you pull everything off, it won't cause a CEL but the ECM can store one (or more?) of these. If you don't want to see it when you scan for codes, just leave the motor plugged in.
