When you exit the car, close the door and walk away so the fob is not near the car, are the doors supposed to lock? I could be wrong but somehow I remember mine doing this, and I would not be able to open the door without the fob on me. But now, the doors don't lock. The car is basically always open when the fob is not present except if I press the lock button on the door or on the fob. Is there some setting for this in the menu?

you can also lock it by touching the marks on the door handle before walking away

That part seems to be a bit touchy at times. There were some times when I'd grab it and it would not unlock.

What I want to know is why the horn blows twice sometimes when i get in the car. It just randomly does it. Its embarrassing when it does it.

It should only do that when you get OUT of the car and it's running. But I find that embarrassing, just as much. I don't want to take the key out of my pocket just to look under the hood or be in the trunk when it's on...

Mine only honks when I get out AND close the door while it's running. If leave the door open a little, no honk. And definitely has never honked while I was in the car.
