I'm interested in a ballpark figure of what other GT350 owners are paying annually for car insurance. I am suspicious that my agent may be overcharging me for my 350 that is not used as a daily driver.
Your responses are greatly appreciated.

My Farmers policy cost me $262 / year to add the GT350 with my 2 family vehicles, full coverage. My collector cars are under a different policy.

About $1000/yr, policy with 3 vehicles and a boat. Incredibly is cheaper than my wife's Accord or my Escalade (which are both several years old). Just tell the rep you want to add a Mustang and give the VIN, don't go crazy telling them about specifics.

Thanks for all of your feedback.
I'm mid 50's, clean abstract and own my home.
I'm paying more than twice than the highest quote response, with a multi car discount.
It's time to change my insurance company.
Thanks again for all of your responses.

I'm 46 and have a '17 GT350R. I have a clean record and State Farm charges me $2,050 per year. It's more expensive than my '16 GT3 and '15 M3! I should look into other options.

Location and chosen coverage probably have the biggest impact on insurance premiums. BTW I'm late 30's, clean driving record, home owner, $250,000/500,000 policy as required by my $1M Umbrella policy which is also through Allstate.

I added mine today and it added over $1600 every 6 months to our premium with it being the 4th vehicle on our policy :eyebulge: I had a ticket hit our insurance though for not stopping before turning right at a light :frusty: They have nothing better to do besides stake out a corner where everyone does the same thing and ruin peoples days :paddle:

I did 2500 miles a year even though it wont be driven that much but we do have very high limits on our insurance so that plays a big role as well. If you just do the standard 25,000 50,000 25,000 with a huge deductible of course your monthly will be low, But get into an accident and you'll regret going the cheapest route possible. I didn't understand how it worked until I got in a wreck and the body shop explained how it worked and if you hit someone and your insurance limits aren't high enough to cover all the damages guess what they're going after? YOUR HOUSE :eyebulge: They sue you for whatever they can get and can attach a judgement to your house and make your life hell... No thanks I'll pay out the nose every month and not have to worry about it. Besides I don't have a single car payment so what we pay in insurance is no where near what we would pay in car payments every month on all these damn toys

Agreed. Once had a $50,000 policy and wife was in an accident, she received ticket because her car slid on a wet road, even though she wasn't speeding or doing anything to break the law, was simply an accident. Minor damage to both cars, no one injured, and case went on for over two years with some jackass lawyer and scumbag who she hit trying to sue beyond policy limits because they know that is "where the money is at" so to speak. If you make money and have assets get as much insurance as you can afford as all the democrats want to take it from you.

Yup that's the game now a days... Actually the rep that helped me add the car said when I brought it up that he calls it "The new Florida Lottery" Pray for someone to hit you, call those 1-800-GET ME MONEY attorneys that prey on that kind of stuff and drag it on in court until they settle and you walk away with a fat roll in your pocket after screwing someone for a fender bender :paddle:
