Bought the stripe kit from bigworm of course. They've been sitting in my house for about a week now.
I'm desperate to put these on but vancouver, bc has about 2 weeks of rain non stop as it's forecast. we're in day 4 so far. There might be a couple hours of sunshine where the installer can take me in.
Questions..
1) i was told to wash it beforehand and dry. i assume for it to be as clean as possible, washing it the day of the stripe install would be ideal? will it be dry enough by the time it gets to the shop though?
2) is winter a bad time for stripe install? probably going to be around 10 degrees celcius here if the sun's out. and an indoor install i think..
3) should i unroll the stripes? or can i leave them in the box until they're ready.
4) i want to put bumper plugs on, but they haven't arrived yet. can i just keep the plate there and then when the plugs arrive, just stick em in? i guess i'll have to make holes in the stripes?
