So question for those that have applied their own graphics and to Bigwormgrafix?

How tough was it? Can a schmuck like myself with moderate patience and little experience apply these? Ive seen the vids and it looks pretty do-able to me, but Id like others opinions.

I really like the products from Big Worm...think I just want dual wide full length in silver mettalic or matte black on my Guard GT.

I applied Big Worms narrow dual full length with pin stripes without having done stripes before. It took me about 6 hours but it wasn't difficult. You just have to be patient and make sure you follow the prep steps they send you. You'll want to take your time and make sure any wax is removed before hand. The instructions they send with the kits are pretty good. The vinyl they use is great quality and all you'll need is some water and a hairdryer.

Took about six hours as well. Its less "difficult" than it is tedious...mostly just busy work

Thanks guys!

I actually think I changed my mind. I really like the Super Snake graphic from Big Worm. I have an email into them asking if the graphic is all on one piece of backing. If it is that looks like an easier install too.

I got the narrow stripes and BW mentioned that the wider stripes would be more difficult to DIY. I guess it's more difficult to get the larger pieces to conform to the curves on the front part of the hood. Not sure if that applies to the Super Snake graphic.

At then end of the day it's just a big sticker. Within reason you can pull it up and re-stick it.

The most tedious part is measuring and getting everything dead straight and centered on the car.

Applying is really the easiest step, peel off a little backing and squeegee down, move on until done.

I applied Big Worm hood spears last week. Took only about 30 minutes. Water is your friend.

I might be hesitant to apply full stripes. But if you really take your time, I think it's doable.

Here's a crappy iPhone pic I took today at a local car meet up.
