You'll be fine. Cold start its a little loud but not really too bad. The Thunder can be quiet by taking it easy. This system wakes up and the volume turns up at around 2500 RPMs. I think you'll be happy.

Aluminized Steel MRT H pipe from CJPony. Solo said somewhere in this thread that with the research they did found the X pipe sounded better. I kind of wish I went with an X Pipe. My reason for the H was I was hoping for a deeper tone but I think when it's as loud as it was you lose that deep...

You know it's probably because I had the H pipe in place before the thunder. I just came back from a cruise and it seemed a little louder today than yesterday. I do have to say it's got a beautiful tone to it...

I have a guard GT. I have supersnake stripes in silver from Big Worm sitting in my trunk. I'm eventually gonna get em on there. I'm being realistic about it....if it looks good they stay, if not I'm peeling em off.

Why can't you use pipe adapters to make it fit. I would think any decent muffler shop can cut that into where the resonator is. Now whether or not they will sell it muffler is another story.

So I got a Solo Axle Back on my 2015 GT. Sounds great but looking for a little more volume. Suggestion was made by Solo to either go Cat Back System or resonator delete. Money is an object for me so I'm thinking a resonator delete is the way to go. Two questions though.... 1) Is straight...

You can remove the resonator and replace with H or X pipe. That will make it slightly louder and deeper. I suggest doing a Solo Axle back and leaving the Reso in place. Cost is about $450 and will give you a deep tone and no drone. Wont wake the neighbors and the police wont take notice either.
