i installed these mbrp resonators right after the h-pipe
Are you lowered? And would these resonators drag a speed bump if you were lowered on Sportline springs for example? Nice pic.

I told my wife that the OPGs were needed and that car is going into the shop. She approved this. What she did not approve and had no idea that I did headers behind her back until couple days ago I made the mistake of doing a cold start in the garage with both doors open and she looked at me and said "Do you think I am stupid?" Now I am in trouble and looking to tone this exhaust down. So aftermarket cats never last so looking for resonators. What part of cat back are you guys welding the resonators into? And any tips on what resonators to use? I did do a search on this topic but seemed to end up talking about H-pipe and X-Pipe. I have the H-Pipe.
My PC kit goes on Thursday, I know I am going to get a WTF when she hears it start for the first time. When I had my OPG put in she said " I better not hear the whole Psshhh thing when it gets home." All my other cars have been turbo... Little does she know when she gets home from a college tour with my daughter next week she is gonna hear a Bov again :)

On topic...I have been contemplating those resonators but was worried they would bee to big. Looks perfect, ordering those today. My atak with catless headers has been a bit much for my neighbors on cold starts.

MBRP R1013 3" Inlet/Outlet16" Body 20" Overall Length T304 Stainless Steel Resonator $80 on Amazon.
For me after I added the res it definately took the harshness out of of the sound level it won't make it quiet but it does tone it down.

Here are where my Vibrant resonators are located.

They work great and eliminated all the rasp. I need to put them back in and high-temp coat my exhaust. Here's a video of how mine sounds with the part #.

Curious to hear your comments on the PC kit. Buy some roses and take her out to dinner. LOL.

So would you say the $$ to install plus parts is worth it?

I had some dynomax bullets installed where the catback starts angling toward the rear wheels. Definately help with rasp and toned down the volume some

Ha! I still remember when I did my header install last year. I brought my 2 kids and wife out into the garage for the 1st start. Both my 3 and 5 yr old started crying and my wife gave me the "now I have cut you" and "where is my luggage" stare. I neglected to tell them that the catback wasn't on yet.:D
